Pack-in was a blast
We had a great group of boys and commanders go on the Pack-in up to Dugas.
Some highlights:
- An overnighter (we don’t call it a sleepover because hardly anyone sleeps)
- Movies, pizza and basketball
- Crawdad catching
- Playing by the creek
- Beautiful (cool) weather
- A five mile hike
- Orienteering course (Congrats to Brian L and Zane P)
- Awesome campfire service
- Good food, fun and fellowship!

Commanders Conference coming up May 2
Every Royal Ranger Commander is encouraged to attend the AZ District Royal Rangers Conference. Royal Rangers is a TEAM effort of the body of Christ. Please attend and hear what National Headquarters is encouraging in this ministry.

Jamboree 2009 – June 26th through June 28th
Don’t miss it! This is our big camping trip of the year and is always a great time. We are taking registrations now.
Open to ALL boys 5 and up! (8 and older may attend without a dad)

Diamondback’s Faith Night
If you would like to go to a Diamondbacks ballgame AND stay for a free Christian Concert (Aaron Shust) afterwards this is your chance.

Junior Mission Camp: June 4th-7th
Consider going to Missions Camp on June 4-7. Rangers will help at the Apache Revival Meeting up at Whiteriver about 4 hours from Phoenix. It will be a great opportunity to experience Cross Cultural worship without getting a passport, shots, time changes and paying for a plane ticket. You will help serve the meals to those attending, help with youth and children’s services and being “Ready” to serve in any way the Lord opens up for you. Even if you are uncertain about what God is leading you to do in your life, we need to obey the Lord’s command to go into all the world–Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the uttermost parts of the earth. This is an opportunity to obey God’s command to us. This event is open to all Rangers 8th grade and up, even if they haven’t been to JTC. The goal is to include as many Rangers as possible in missions. The price is great also, only $50.00. Get your registration forms in fast!
